"Security door on the north side was missing. Receptionist was monumentally indifferent. I was doing her a real favor by checking in. The stairway leading to the third floor hadn't been cleaned in days. Dirty all the way up. There was a wet cleaning rag left on the vanity in the bathroom. The bathroom door bracket was broken so the door wouldn't close. I'm disappointed in this experience. This is unlike previous visits to Country Inn & Suites."
